User Management allows you to configure additional users in your Teal CRM instance.  You are allowed to add as many users as you want up to your subscription limit.


Viewing List of Users


The User Management page shows you a list of all users in Teal CRM.


You can click on the name or the pencil to the right to view or edit a user account.


 The pencil will take you to the User View/Edit Screen


 The cross button will allow you to remove a user.

You also have the ability to make a user Inactive inside of Teal which will prevent them from logging in to your system and frees up a license.


Viewing / Editing User


The viewing and editing of a user allows you to make changes to their profile information, username and their password.


  • Profile Photo: This can be an image that is shown throughout Teal CRM when the user contributes to activities such as Activity Feeds.  Photo's are currently limited to 250px by 250px and must be in JPG or PNG file format.  File size limit is 5 MB.
  • Role:
    • Master Admin: Has access to the CRM settings screens.
    • Regular User: No access to CRM settings screens.
  • Username: The username shows up throughout Teal CRM and is the login name for the user.
  • Email Address: This email address is important as future notifications in Teal CRM can be delivered to this user.


Changing Password

As a Master Admin you can Edit / View any user and also reset their password.  On the left hand side click on Change Password and then you can input a new password for the user. You will need to contact the user to inform them of the new password.
