Teal CRM has a drop down editor system that allows you to configure all of the drop down options throughout Teal CRM to meet your specific business needs.
Select a Drop Down
The drop down editor will display to you all of the drop down fields that you can modify. Simply click on the desired option and you will then be taken to the editor screen for that drop down.
Add a new item
Under the Label to Edit option simply leave it as -- ADD NEW --. Type your label item into the text box below and click on the Save button. Your drop down option will be added to that drop down and will now appear across the site.
Editing an existing item
Very similar to adding a new item you will simply select the option from the drop down box which will then populate the text box below. Simply editing the changes and click the Save button.
Deleting an item
You can delete any drop down option from the Label to Edit drop down box. Please be aware that deleting this option does NOT remove them automatically from records throughout the system. That drop down option will continue to appear on existing items but no new records can apply that option.
