Teal CRM has a basic utility to import your data using CSV files.  A CSV (comma separated values) file can be designed using any popular spreadsheet programs such as Excel, Google Sheets or any other spreadsheet program that can create CSV files.

Uploading a CSV File

Click on the Choose File button or drag and drop a file onto the button.  This will tell your Teal CRM instance which file you want to upload to it.

  • Delimiter: Typically this will be a comma ( , ) but for advanced users if you are using a different delimiter type inside of your CSV file then you can change it here.
  • Type of Data: From here you can select the module that you'd like to import data into.  If you have multiple modules to upload with you can do so by importing your first file and then come back and do the other modules.
