The User Settings page is where you will configure your user account inside of Teal CRM.
To access the User Settings page, click on the profile photo associated with your user account in the top-right corner of the page, and select the User Settings link.
TealCRM allows users to configure a number of options as shown below:
- Username: This can only be changed by an administrator.
- First Name, Last Name and Email address may be updated by a user.
- Email Sending Option:
- Send Email Using TealCRM Email: In order to use this feature you will also need to Connect Email to your TealCRM user.
- Send Email Using External Email: This will add a tag to automatically open up your email client.
