Teal CRM Version: v1.0


The Accounts module allows you to manage and view pre-existing accounts that are set up within Teal as well as the ability to create a new Account.

Creating a New Account


There are two ways to create a new account inside of Teal. You can access the Add New Account page either by hovering your cursor over the Accounts menu link within the navigation bar at the top of the page and selecting the Add New Account link



or by scrolling down to the bottom of the page after the list of existing accounts you have inside of Teal and clicking on the green Add New button.

From there you will then be brought over to the Add New Account page.


On this page you can insert the Account/Company Name, the Assigned User that will be monitoring this account record, the account phone number, account type, email address, and other fields that are listed on this page. It is best to obtain as much detail as possible on the account to allow other users in Teal to be able to easily look up information in the future.

Once you have completed filling out all of the necessary information about that account, you will then be brought over to the account details page to edit or review any information.
