Teal CRM Version: v1.0


The Contacts module allows you to manage and view pre-existing contacts that are set up within Teal as well as the ability to create a new Contact record.

Creating a New Contact


There are two ways to create a new contact record inside of Teal. You can access the Add New Contact page either by hovering your cursor over the Contacts menu link within the navigation bar at the top of the page and selecting the Add New Contact link


or by scrolling down to the bottom of the page after the list of existing contacts you have inside of Teal and clicking on the green Add New button.



From there you will then be brought over to the Add New Account page.



On this page you can insert the First and Last Name of the contact, the Account name that the contact belongs to, their Job Title with the account, the Assigned User that will be looking after the contact record, the Lead Source, Phone Number, Birthdate, and their Email Addresses.

Once you have completed filling out all of the necessary information about that contact record, you will then be brought over to the contact details page to edit or review any information.
