Teal CRM Version: v1.0


The Tasks module allows you to manage and view pre-existing tasks that are set up within Teal, as well as the ability to create a new Task for any record.

Creating a New Task


There are two ways to create a new task inside of Teal. You can access the Add New Task page either by hovering your cursor over the Tasks menu link within the navigation bar at the top of the page and selecting the Add New Task link



or by scrolling down to the bottom of the page after the list of existing tasks that you have inside of Teal and clicking on the green Add New button.

 


From there you will then be brought over to the Add New Task page.



On this page you can insert the Subject title of the task, Assign the task to a specific user, the Due Date on when the task needs to be completed by, the Account that the task is tied to, the Contact that the task's account is associated with, the Priority level, Status, and Comments/Description for the task.

Once you have completed filling out all of the necessary information about for the task, you will then be brought over to the Task details page to edit or review any information.
