Teal CRM Version: v1.0


The Meetings module allows you to manage and view pre-existing meetings that are set up within Teal, as well as the ability to create a new Meeting appointment for any record.

Creating a New Meeting


There are two ways to create a new meeting inside of Teal. You can access the Add New Meeting page either by hovering your cursor over the Meetings menu link within the navigation bar at the top of the page and selecting the Add New Meeting link



or by scrolling down to the bottom of the page after the list of existing meetings that you have inside of Teal and clicking on the green Add New button.

 


From there you will then be brought over to the Add New Meeting page.



On this page you can insert the Subject title of the meeting, which user the meeting is assigned to, the Location of where the meeting will take place, the Event Type of the meeting (i.e. Meeting, Webinar, Phone Call), the Account that the meeting is related to, the Contact(s) from the account in which you will be meeting with, and the Start/End Date and Time of when the meeting will occur.

Once you have completed filling out all of the necessary information about for the meeting, you will then be brought over to the Meeting Overview page to edit or review any information.
