Teal CRM Version: v1.0


The Notes module allows you to manage and view pre-existing notes that are set up within Teal, as well as the ability to create a new Note for any record.

Creating a New Note


There are two ways to create a new note inside of Teal. You can access the Add New Note page either by hovering your cursor over the Notes menu link within the navigation bar at the top of the page and selecting the Add New Note link


or by scrolling down to the bottom of the page after the list of existing notes that you have inside of Teal and clicking on the green Add New button.

 


From there you will then be brought over to the Add New Note page.



On this page you can insert the Subject title of the note, which user that the note is assigned to, the Account name the note is associated with, the Contact name that is under the Account record, a Comments/Description text box to provide additional details, and the ability to attach a file for any documents related to that note.

Once you have completed filling out all of the necessary information for the note, you will then be brought over to the Notes Overview page to edit or review any information.
