TealCRM offers email marketing integration with MailChimp.  Please follow the steps below to setup MailChimp for your TealCRM:


1. Create a MailChimp Account


Create a MailChimp account if you haven't already.  Basic MailChimp accounts are free and other package options are available.  TealCRM is compatible with all packages.


2. Create a MailChimp List

TealCRM will need a MailChimp list to synchronize to.  Simply click on Lists and then create any number of lists.


3. Obtain your API key from MailChimp

Once you've logged into your MailChimp account you will need to go to Account Settings and access your API Key from the menu as shown below.


Once you are in the API Keys section of MailChimp you will need to create an API Key.  Find the Create Key button.  Once you've done this MailChimp will display to you a row with information on your API Key.  You need to copy (CTRL-C) the API Key.  An API Key is represented by a number of random characters and numbers.


4. TealCRM Setup

Once you have obtained your API Key simply head over to TealCRM and go to CRM Settings > Integrations.  You will see the following screen.



Take the API Key that you copied from MailChimp in Step 3 and paste it into the "Your MailChimp API Key" text box.  Once you've done that, go ahead and click Save.


4. Select MailChimp List

In Step 2 you created a list inside of MailChimp.  From this screen you will need to pick one (or if you only created one, that one) list from the drop down menu.



Once you've selected your list, go ahead and click on Confirm MailChimp Settings.


5. Synchronize your list


Now that you have configured your MailChimp settings you can now go ahead and synchronize your contacts with MailChimp.  Simply click on the

 and your People list will be uploaded to MailChimp.


To upload your list you can simply go to Integrations and click on Upload People to MailChimp at anytime to upload your contact list to MailChimp.
